Ever change

One of the most expensive things I think I’ve purchased is our wedding. Now you’d think it would include a wedding. We were engaged and then we got pregnant. We stared saving for our wedding while I was pregnant. And didn’t plan on getting married until after he was born. When our son was born he didn’t have a soft spot and would need a surgery to allow his brain to grow. We found out pretty early that he needed this surgery but insurance did not want to cover it and stated it was a cosmetic surgery. After fighting with them for two months we finally got approved, however not all would be covered. You think there is no cost to what your child needs. We went ahead with the surgery which was pretty terrifying if I might add, but our lil guy did well. Bills rolled in after his discharge. I can’t even remember what the total amount was but I can recall one bill $95,000 dollars.

(I did not pay that amount) but I remember it was the most money I’ve ever spent. All the money we saved for our wedding went towards his surgery. So we started over again, after paying off his surgery and saving again we got married 3 years later. I don’t know if you consider my sons skull my personal item but I’m gonna take it!
