Courage comes in all sorts of forms. Sometimes it’s easy, and other times is difficult. In the end, all of the forms of courage makes for good personal character, and growth. Start by having courage to forgive yourself. Once you’ve been able to forgive yourself, there is room for growth. You’ll then be able to have the courage to
…to stand up/ speak up for what is right. It doesn’t matter to whom, or to what but it will be a stride in the right direction. This form of courage is hard, there will be people who don’t want this. Be prepared
Have the courage
…to ask questions, not just until you get an answer but until the answer makes sense.
Have the courage
…to say no, or to say yes. As long as it’s the truth, Both are good as long as your good with it.
… to be open, I mean really open. Open to failing. That’s the kind of open no one wants to feel, but to build yourself, you have to fail and most importantly learn from failing. Have courage to be open to failing.
Have the courage
Also have courage to opening up your heart.
Have the courage
… to reach out, to someone, friend, co worker, stranger. And LISTEN! Learn from something their saying.
Have the courage
… to say I’m sorry, or admit wrong. but also
Have the courage
… to stick up for yourself and what you deserve.
Have the courage to
…say what needs to be said. (best not to pick holiday gatherings, but if the moment strikes.) Just kidding, say what needs to be said, and whatever needs to be said, say it lovingly. 🥰
Have the courage
… To having your have your feelings hurt.
Have the courage
… to correct a wrong.
… reach out
…Step out into the deep end on a Monday!
…To try
… let go,
…start over
…ask for help
… step back
… to get back up, after being knocked down no matter how many times!
… doing the right thing is always harder than doing nothing.
Having courage means doing the things that are hard and most of the time don’t want to do. internal fear or failure, rejection, self doubt can overcome courage. It shouldn’t. It’s not worth it and the time to have courage may pass and the opportunity was lost to say I love you, to stand up for yourself or someone else. I have more disappointment in myself when I suppress my courage.
There is no age limit, sometime it’s easier to recognize it in someone else. Time to start recognizing it in yourself!!! Time to motivate yourself with your own happiness. Where to start?Start with your voice!
